Lisa Minaeva is a multidisciplinary artist based
in London.

The main spheres of her work are words and images. She started her career in video art in 2012 with the project "Blossom of Silence," a collection
of silent video portraits of creative people from all around the world. The ongoing project now consists of over 100 portraits, including the ones of such artists as Tom Meighan, Shirley Manson, Soko, Peter Doherty, Goran Bregovic, and others. It was exhibited at numerous group shows and had two solo exhibitions in Moscow (Moscow Museum of Modern Art), and Veliky Novgorod (Novgorod Museum of Contemporary Art).

In the same year, she began making videos
for music blogs and conducting interviews.

Having a degree in art history and curatorial practice, Lisa Minaeva has been working
as a journalist, writer and poet. She has written multiple texts on cinema, art, theatre, music for lifestyle and city magazines, five books on the painters of the 20th century, and had her poems published in online and offline magazines in English and Russian. Her first collection of poems entitled "Search for L. in..." was published in 2022 in English and Russian.

In 2017, Lisa Minaeva started her career in
filmmaking and scriptwriting. As a scriptwriter, she wrote scripts for seven short films, one full-length film, and one drama series. As a film director, she wrote and directed several documentaries, music videos, and short films.

In her stories, Lisa likes to explore the dark side of human beings, sexuality, and intimacy. Above all, she is interested in examining the border between dreams and reality, illusions and everyday life. Dreams, time travels, reincarnation, and virtual reality are important themes in her works.

In 2022, Minaeva was granted a UK Global Talent visa ("exceptional talent" category) and moved to London.
